Started my career as an architect and have grown in the interior architecture and design field. I enjoy developing spaces that simply feel good, with a strong focus on functional and user-centred layouts while being attentive to concept implementation and detail. Efficiency and methodical systems inspire me through the various phases of creation and project development. Working independently or in teams, exploring new tools and forever learning news ways of architecture keeps me engaged in this all-round stimulating field :)

Where to begin? 
AG approach is worth noting. 

An office program mission to create two pilot levels, where the employees will get to experience a new program, test different ways of working and help us design their future workplace.
To frame and guide it, an organised system and strategy was created based on areas, space circulation and typologies. 3 main zones were developed:

    Collective Spaces

For collaboration and meeting moments. These spaces will have the essential and professional needs to connect, physically and virtually. Flexible in size and style, the meeting rooms are placed strategically while complementing individual workspaces and buffering informal areas.

   Generations
The place to take a break and enjoy a cup of coffee. A space for the employees to interact and connect, accessible from the first step inside.

   Team Space
Supports most of the workday through space and furniture comfort. A variety of settings are available, from desks and focus booths to communal and high-seated tables. The employees choose the environment that fits their task.

After workshops with  AG teams, a sketch was designed and executed in 2 floors. This allowed  employees to test all the typologies. Through surveys and a heat map based on floor sensors, gave us the guidelines with wich to develop further their workplace buildings.

This workplace system allowed the possibility of reproduction of the concept in all the AG Buildings and its efficient execution: Brussels, Charleroi and Berchem – with an individual look & feel approach to each city, translated in detail, materials and art installation.
